a)All women in the church will have a leader (chairlady) who will be appointed by the pastor through the help of Holy Spiritor by help of church board.

b)The chairlady should have knowledge of the Holy Scripture.

c)The responsibility of the chairlady is to mobilize the ladies to have unity and improve their spiritual standards.

d)She should be a person of good reputation.

e)The chairlady will be answerable to the pastor of the local church.
